Chocolate Bar[bed]:(wire) I 2023

Mixed media installation piece exhibited in the exhibition entitled TEN:th – Celebrating 10 Years of Cambridge based artist collective Art Language Location (ALL) in Quip and Curiosity Gallery in Cambridge 71 Tenison Rd, Cambridge CB1 2EF. Chocolate Bar(bed): [Wire] brought together two materials usually seen as the opposite and questioned appearances of both barbed wire and chocolate, violent separation and border versus joy and comfort. One of the less expected joys of the piece was the scent of chocolate which remained strong throughout the exhibition.
